These ground chicken Sloppy Joes are a healthier alternative to regular beef Sloppy Joes.
Step: 1
Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes.
Step: 2
Add barbeque sauce, ketchup, 1/4 cup water, and mustard. Mix thoroughly and add more water if the mixture seems too thick. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve on hamburger buns topped with Cheddar cheese, pickle slices, and sliced onion.
