Chilled Gazpacho

A cold soup! Garnish with sour cream and croutons.

Combine cucumber, green bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl; stir in Italian dressing and basil. Add tomatoes and tomato juice and stir well. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
