This is absolutely the easiest recipe and everyone wants the recipe when I bring it. Easy to double or triple.
Mix mayonnaise and curry powder together until the color of the mixture is somewhat even. Stir almonds into the mixture. Add frozen peas and mix.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the peas defrost entirely, 5 to 6 hours.
