Ham and Egg Casserole

There’s nothing more American than ham, eggs and Wonder Bread. Plus, with the calcium of eight ounces of milk in just two slices of Wonder Classic White Bread, this casserole is not only good, it’s good for you, too.



Step: 1

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray coating.

Step: 2

Tear bread into small pieces and place evenly on bottom of baking dish. Top with ham and cheese.

Step: 3

Whisk eggs until blended. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour egg-milk mixture evenly over bread, ham and cheese in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step: 4

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
