Natto is very popular in Japan, but not all Japanese like it. This food has people divided between those who like it and those who hate it because it has a special flavor and taste. Do you like natto? I like it very much because it’s good for health.
Step: 1
Combine natto and eggs in a bowl; mix well. Add cooked rice and mix using a rice paddle.
Step: 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Spread egg mixture in the skillet and cook without stirring until browned, about 2 minutes. Add cabbage and soy sauce. Stir until mixed in and heated through, about 5 minutes.
Step: 3
Season fried rice with salt and pepper. Place portions onto 3 individual plates; sprinkle laver and bonito flakes on top.
