Oregon Trail Gazpacho

Great summertime quick, easy salad. Refreshing with any meal. Works nicely in most diets.

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, sweet onion, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt in a bowl; refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
