I hated coleslaw until my mother-in-law gave me this recipe. It’s a family hit at all the gatherings. Wouldn’t be a holiday without it! Pineapple tidbits and cut-up large marshmallows can be substituted.

Mix marshmallows, mayonnaise, pineapple, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; fold in coleslaw mix. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
