This quick chickpea salad is by far the best I have ever made. I have served it at some family functions and it was a big hit, even with the kids.

Mix chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, green onion, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper together in a serving bowl.
